Almond butter 40gm

2 big full handfuls of baby spinach

1 large apple

35 gm flax seeds

285 ml coconut water

ginger small piece

2. Ultimate Chocolate Smoothie

1 large banana frozen

45 gm flax seed

190 ml almond milk

145 ml coconut milk

120 gm coconut yogurt

2tsp coco powder

3. Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup of blueberries frozen or fresh

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of oats

190ml almond milk

120gm yogurt
